JIKIDO IP - Founding Board Member
Jikido Ajari received Ein Horyu denbo kanjo and dento, lineage transmission, in 2025 from Tenshu Dai-Ajari in Saitama, Japan. He previously completed Shingon shido kegyo and received denbo kanjo at Negoro-ji in Wakayama, and has trained under a number of Shugendo, Shingon, and Tendai teachers.
He has completed multiple Nyubu Shugyo in Japan and the West, and has opened new Shugendo gyoba, training areas, in Canada. He currently resides in Toronto and travels often to teach his students in Asia.

DAITETSU MOORE - Founding Board Member
Daitetsu Ajari received Ein Horyu denbo kanjo and dento, lineage transmission, in 2025 from Tenshu Dai-Ajari in Saitama, Japan. He previously completed Shingon shido kegyo and received denbo kanjo at Negoro-ji in Wakayama, and has trained under a number of Shugendo, Shingon, and Tendai teachers.
He has completed multiple Nyubu Shugyo in Japan and the West, and has opened new Shugendo gyoba, training areas, in the United States and Switzerland. He currently serves as abbot of Korinji in Wisconsin, a Rinzai Zen monastery and Shugen Dojo.

KANJIN CEDERMAN - Founding Board Member
Kanjin Shonin has practiced Shugendo for many years in Japan and the United States. His work has included research into Hokke Shugen elements connected with his original Nichiren-shu tradition. Well known internationally as a Nichiren teacher, Buddhist chaplain, and leader of the Enkyoji Buddhist network, he is currently studying Ein Horyu practices and helping to guide ISA as a founding board member.
He has completed multiple Nyubu Shugyo in Japan and the West, and has opened new Shugendo gyoba, training areas, in the United States.

SHOKO SCHULZE - Board Secretary and ISA Office Manager
Shoko Sensei has practiced Shugendo in the United States since 2018, during seven years of residence at Korinji Monastery in Wisconsin, where she also practices and is ordained in the Rinzai Zen tradition. She is currently studying Ein Horyu practices and serves as ISA’s office manager and primary administrative staff.
She has completed and assisted with multiple Nyubu Shugyo in the United States.
